What is the monthly fee for Our Services ?
Our service fee is based on the amount of support required, the scope of the project, and the depth of job board utilization. The average cost of one dedicated recruiter is $1,500 per month.
 
How many positions can your recruiters work on each day ?
We work on requisitions as needed by the client, typically 2-4 Requisitions per day with a assurance to provide 2-4 matching resume's per requisition. A lot depends on the type of positions that we are trying to fill. Performance metrics are established early on and performance is evaluated on a regular basis. With a very high level of performance monitoring and quality control supervision, we consistently perform above set expectations.
 
If we hire a recruiter from you, what is included in the service ?
Our services are offered at a flat monthly rate that includes a dedicated, experienced professional and the infrastructure required for the recruiter to deliver the goods. Depending on the level of service that you choose we offer access to job boards such as Monster, Hot Jobs, Career Builder, Dice and others, and a free Application Tracking System account for your company to keep tabs on the entire recruiting process.

Depending on the level of service you choose, some our solutions include access to all major job boards within the quoted price, so you can cut back spending on Job board access or If you already have job board access paid for we would use the same and provide you a price break.

Our recruiting professionals use the latest technologies like Infogist® Platinum Recruiter, Talent Hook® etc combined with the latest search skills like X-Ray, Flip, Peel etc.
 
Applicant Tracking System ( ATS )
 
Our recruiting professionals can log into your existing Applicant Tracking Systems through the Internet and submit and update records right into your system just like any of your other staff members would. For clients who may not have applicant tracking system in place, we install a web-based ATS free of cost, to ensure smooth work flow between the workers and your team.
 
Daily and Monthly Reports and Performance Metrics
 
If you are using your ATS or ours, you can pull up reports just like you would for your internal staff. Alternately, Encore RPO will provide you with weekly/monthly reports, allowing you to easily monitor our progress and activity. Performance metrics are established early on and performance is evaluated on a regular basis. With a very high level of performance monitoring and quality control supervision, we consistently perform above set expectations.
 
Technology & Communications
 
Each of our recruiting professionals is assigned a PC with MS Office®. We also use dual monitors to improve productivity. High speed Internet and a phone number with unlimited long distance and voice mail are included.

Customer Service : Once you sign up with us we assign a dedicated account manager to ensure delivery of service levels that we agree to, and to coordinate the initial transfer of knowledge and process as required by you.
